*3  Observed the following potentially hazardous foods to be held at improper temperatures: All the food items in the pullout drawer cooler below the flat top were reading at 58. Provide for all food items to be stored at 41 or below. Only a small amount of tcf foods were being stored. Those small amounts were pitched. Immediate/Onsite
*12  Observed an employee drink/drinking in the following location(s): Employee drinks were stored on top of the salad cooler in the wait staff area. An area shall be so designated as long as the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, or single service articles will not occur. Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following food products to have improper/no labeling information: Need to have a label on food items that are going to be stored in the walk-in cooler (bucket of egg yolks, container of kabobs etc) Need to be labeled with date that they are put into the cooler. Next Inspection
Observed employees/consumers using improper utensils to dispense food products: Plastic cups were stored in the seasoning jugs in the back storage area. Provide for a proper handle to be used to dispense food items. Next Inspection
17  Observed no test kit to be available for testing the chemical sanitizer: Could not find the test strips for the quat tablets. Provide test strips for all the sanitizers being used. Next Inspection
